Pancake Batter

  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tbsp Butter melted
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt

Method
 

Crepes
  1. Mix the wet items in a bowl.
  2. Add the dry items.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Rest the batter for 15 minutes.
  5. Swirl the batter in a hot nonstick pan.
  6. Cook fast on both sides until light and soft.
Pancakes
  1. Mix the dry items in a bowl.
  2. Mix the wet items in a second bowl.
  3. Combine both and stir gently. Do not over-mix.
  4. Heat butter in a pan over medium-low heat.
  5. Pour the batter and wait for small bubbles.
  6. Flip and cook until fluffy and golden.
