Crepes
- Mix the wet items in a bowl.

- Combine both and stir gently. Do not over-mix.
- Heat butter in a pan over medium-low heat.
- Pour the batter and wait for small bubbles.
- Flip and cook until fluffy and golden.
Notes
Crepes are thin and light. Pancakes are thick and fluffy. Both cook fast and taste great. Pick crepes for a soft, light start. Pick pancakes when you want warm comfort on the plate.
