Ingredients
  

  • 200 g Chinese egg noodles Boil until tender
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil For stir-frying
  • 1 clove Garlic Minced
  • 1 small Onion Thinly sliced
  • 1 Bell pepper Sliced
  • 100 g Broccoli florets Washed and cut
  • 100 g Chicken or tofu Optional sliced
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce Adds salty flavor
  • 1 tbsp Oyster sauce For rich flavor
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil For aroma and shine
  • Salt and pepper To taste

Method
 

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the Chinese egg noodles and cook for 3–5 minutes, until al dente.
  2. Drain the noodles and rinse with cold water to stop cooking. Set aside.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  4. Add garlic and onion; stir-fry until fragrant.
  5. Add bell pepper, broccoli, and chicken or tofu. Stir-fry until vegetables are tender.
  6. Add cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Stir well to combine.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy your homemade stir-fried Chinese egg noodles.
